Development Support

CHEX took part in the Management Support Project which provided one-to-one coaching and mentoring support for twenty-one small and medium enterprises (SME’s) in the voluntary and faith sector across Scotland.  Funded under the Department of Work and Pensions Challenge Fund for Health, Work and Wellbeing, the project was delivered by a partnership of the Craighead Institute, the Church of Scotland Parish Development Fund and the Community Health Exchange (CHEX).  Through the programme, CHEX advertised the availability of mentoring support through our network of projects. CHEX also provided two members of staff as mentors. Research for Real provided on-going evaluation support to the programme throughout and produced the final report which you can read here.
