Healthy Living Centre (HLC) Newsletter

CHEX is involved in the HLC Support Programme aimed to provide support to Big Lottery Funded community health projects in Scotland. The support is intended to assist them to develop practice, influence policy and promote local models of partnership working to improve health and tackle health inequalities.  The following newsletters were produced as part of the support programme:
