Health Work and Wellbeing Management Support Project (April 2010-April 2011)
CHEX is partnering the Craighead Institute in providing mentoring support to managers and co-ordinators of small to medium sized community and voluntary sector organisations. The support (funded through the Dept of Works and Pensions Health and Well-being Challenge Fund) is designed to enable managers to review their work/life balance, and explore with them the opportunities to better support their well being at work. The support will be offered over a period of 9 months and will include six 1:1 sessions and participation in two ‘Action Learning Sets’. Places are limited and the core criteria are:
- Managers and leaders of small or medium sized (up to 30 staff) organisations or projects focused on tackling issues of social justice
- Particularly those who feel themselves to be isolated in their day to day practice
- Those working in areas of high poverty or stress
If you are interested in finding out more about the support, please click here to see the briefing produced by Duncan Wallace, Project Manager, Craighead Institute. To register your interest, please contact Duncan by telephoning 07786 050893 or e-mailing duncanwallace@phonecoop.coop.
N.B. Please note that places are very limited so we suggest any expressions of interest should be made as soon as possible.
